Noticing a growing popularity for the gin and tonic among Sydney siders and being inspired by Spain’s Tonicas (G&T bars), Jeremy Shipley, Group Bars Manager for the Solotel Group, has brought that G&T love to Surry Hills. Jeremy has searched the globe and selected 14 local and international gins to serve at The Clock.  These include Prairie Organic, made by corn-farming families in Minnesota, USA, Gin Mare from Spain, with botanicals, olives, basil and thyme as well as The Botanist that has 22 different native island botanicals from Scotland. Of course, the usual suspects – Bombay Sapphire, Hendricks and Tanqueray Ten also feature on the menu.
How do you enter?
Easy, just tell us in 25 words or less your most creative gin cocktail creation. The most interesting entry will win $100 to spend on gin and tonics and pizza at The Clock. Write your answers in the comments section below. Winner will be notified next Wednesday 21st May.
