Free-flowing Perrier-Jouët Champagne anyone? It’s happening at The Gantry’s new garden oasis.
Free-flowing Champagne? Tick. Harbourside views? Tick. Oysters? Tick. This winning combination is bound to cause a stir, as The Gantry launches a brand new Champagne and dining experience, The Gantry Garden. Renown for its incredible views, this waterside dining restaurant wants you to celebrate the start of the new season in a botanical inspired oasis.
Created in partnership with renowned Champagne house Perrier-Jouët, guests can expect two luscious hours of free-flowing Champagne Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut for $99 – granted you purchase a minimum of two share-plates per person. Keep in mind that share plates start at $15, so you’re definitely still getting your money’s worth. Those looking to up the ante can also opt for 2 hours of flowing Champagne Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2011 for $299pp.
As for the fit out, The Gantry have totally reimagined the restaurant’s outdoor seating area. You’ll find everything from green and white themed cabanas to hanging chairs plus bespoke floral installations by the talented team at Poho Flowers.
With the flowing Champagne comes plenty of delicious food. Head Chef Thomas Gorringe has curated a new food menu to compliment the Champagne-centric offering. Think seasonal share-plates such as freshly shucked oysters with finger lime and mignonette and Skull Island prawns with Chimchurri, avocado and tortilla. Those looking for something a little more substantial can opt for the mushroom risotto with creme fraiche plus reggiano with garden herb. All garden herbs are grown exclusively in the space’s new herb garden, which flows out of a rustic wooden rowboat.
The Gantry Garden’s exclusive Champagne menu will be available for lunch Wed – Sun, 12pm – 2.30pm. Outside of these hours, the regular Gantry menu is available.
The garden will also be available for larger group bookings and private events.
