Fratelli Fresh has just opened a new flagship store in Darling Harbour, and all our Christmas wishes have come at once.

Sydney’s beloved Italian chain, Fratelli Fresh, has expanded their family table and it’s bigger and better than ever. The freshly opened food and dining emporium offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with waterfront views of the iconic harbour.

According to Rockpool Dining Group Chief Executive Officer Thomas Pash, the site is an ‘interactive and immersive space’. It comes with a number of interactive dining spaces, live cooking stations and bars.
On the menu you’ll find house made Neapolitan pizza, pasta, gelato and rostisserie roasted meats. It also showcases both Australian locals, Vannella Cheese, Salumi Australia, Sonoma Bakery, Mecca Coffee, and Italian Heros, Baci chocolate and Campari, as well as a tap takeover by iconic American craft beer, Goose Island Beers.
As for the 1,100 square-metre site, it boasts 30 metre high ceilings and accommodates up to 550 customers, including a 100-seat beer and wine garden, filled with vibrant citrus and olive trees.
To celebrate the recent opening they’re also giving the first 2,500 customers a FREE Fratelli Fresh KeepCup upon purchase of a coffee. This will then grant you a $1 KeepCup coffee for the first 30 days, and $2.50 cups thereafter. All breakfast customers will also receive $1 coffees for the first 30 days.
In case you needed another reason to get in asap, every drink purchase for the first month will put you in the draw to win one of four bright red Scomadi scooters. The winners will be drawn at 6pm every Friday for the first four weeks.

The excitement doesn’t stop there, as the emporium is also home to an adult-skewed games corner. Think everything from ping pong to Jenga and foosball. For those self professed sweet tooths, you’ll also find a decadent dessert bar and cioccolateria created by Italian Head Pastry Chef, Riccardo Falcone. A gelato bar also stars 15 flavours, including Snickerone, caramelised fig and mascarpone, almond, Nutella, and mint choc chip.
Think we’re done? Not quite. The new flagship also features Australia’s first ever Campari Bar, which offers an array of cocktails, spritzes and negronis available on tap.
Whether your on your way to a performance at the International Convention Centre, having a picnic by the harbour or on the go, Fratelli Fresh has something for all occasions. The whole menu can be done takeaway, and be delivered via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
