It’s time to say hola to North Sydney’s take on Tulum with Four Hundred.

Setting up a vibrant tribute to agave spirits, North Sydney welcomes a new rooftop bar and Mexican eatery, Four Hundred. Packing a healthy dose of sweet, salty and spice, the Tulum-inspired venue will treat everyone from the local suits to social seekers with a playful and elevated drinking and dining experience.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a Riviera Maya-inspired venue if it didn’t have a healthy and exotic collection of premium tequilas on offer. The team behind Four Hundred, Tilley and Wills are intending to make their mark as the hottest margarita spot in North Sydney by forging an exciting partnership with Sesión Tequila. A locally founded brand by former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins, as well as Jake Wall and Tim Freeburn.

To showcase this collaboration a range of classic and spicy margaritas beckon, but don’t miss out on unique concoctions like the Mayahuel, a fusion of Sesión Blanco tequila, mezcal, Aperol, passionfruit, lemon, agave, and egg white. The Cafe de Olla, a tantalizing blend of Sesión mocha, espresso, pineapple, and citrus, promises a sensorial journey.Mayahuel cocktail" - named after the revered goddess of Agave, the blend of Sesion Blanco Tequila, Mezcal, Aperol, passionfruit, lemon, agave and egg white “delivers an enticing and refreshing sour-style libation
