FELLR has opened a pop-up seltzer bar within Sydney’s iconic Botanical Gardens!
Seltzers seem to be the beverage of choice at the moment with dozens of options available at your local bottle shop. What they all have in common is that they’re easy to drink and low in sugar without compromising flavour. Coming into the warmer months, they are the perfect choice to take you from day drinking at the beach to heavier night drinking (because of their booze content) and one of our favourite options has to be FELLR.
This independent seltzer company from Australia’s coast has created a delicious range of beverages with flavours including Watermelon, Passionfruit, Lime & Soda and Dry & Lime. If you are yet to try them, you can now do it at their pop-up hard seltzer bar located within Sydney’s iconic Royal Botanical Gardens.
The FELLR Garden of Fizz Bar will offer the full alcoholic seltzer range over the counter, as well as the new Cocktail Seltzer in the flavour, Watermelon Margarita – yum! You’ll be able to stock up for your picnic in the sun with friends and find a delightful spot around the garden with views of the Sydney Opera House & Sydney Harbour Bridge. Should you wish to perch up at the bar, they have a dedicated seating area with stunning harbour views.
FELLR will host a free monthly music series in partnership with Fruit Bowl. You’ll be able to listen to the sounds of local artists while enjoying a fresh seltzer as the sun sets over the water. The series kicks off on Sunday, 31 October with Bobby Vibe Positive and Bria from 3pm – 7pm, with more music to follow on Saturday 13 November, Saturday 18 December, Saturday 1 January & Saturday 31 January. FELLR will also be hosting a New Year’s Day event with Champain LYF and special guests.
The FELLR Garden of Fizz Bar will open every Thursday – Sunday, 10am to 7:30pm. Don’t worry, the bar will be around until March 2022 so you have plenty of time to enjoy it.
