That’s exactly what you’ll find at the new pop-up cocktail cantina coming to Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel. This fun waterside playground is set to be the ultimate summer hang out, home to the launch of Don Julio Sunset Slushies.
From now until January 1st, this pop-up bar will be pouring specially created Don Julio Tequila slushes that will transport you to a Mexican beachside fiesta.
On the menu at Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel will be a trio of delicious and refreshing Don Julio Sunset Slushies. Start with the classic Margarita (crafted with Don Julio Blanco tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice, with 0.92 standard drinks). Next up, try the crisp and citrusy Paloma (featuring Don Julio Blanco tequila, grapefruit soda, and lime juice, with 0.94 standard drinks).
Can’t decide which one you’d prefer? Why not have both! Sip your way through a mix of both drinks with the Margaloma (0.93 start drinks). The best bit? Each delicious tequila-fuelled slushie will only set you back $14 a pop.
Don Julio uses only the highest-quality, fully matured, and ripened blue agave, hand-selected from the rich clay soils of the Los Altos region in Jalisco, Mexico. The entire process is handcrafted and creates a consistent and distinctive rich taste, making Don Julio a perfect base for the ultimate sundowner this summer.
