Did someone say attic party?
Iconic eatery Brewtown Newtown‘s upstairs warehouse is home to O’Connell Street Merchants and will be hosting an Attic Party on July 9th. For one day only, they have decided to transform the place into a party for Sydney’s foodies, fragrance and fashion lovers. And the best part of all, it’s free entry!
The party is to celebrate the launch of international denim brand, Wåven, into the O’Connell Street Merchants store. Wåven offer easy to wear, casual clothing for both men and women including finely crafted jeans, jackets and tops. Their focus of minimalist and architectural design is a perfect blend for the warehouse setting.
As well as fashion, some famous fragrances are making an appearance. The complete range of perfumes by niche French perfumery, Etat Libre d’Orange, will also be on show. It is the first time the entire collection has been viewed outside of Paris!
Free personal perfume consultations will be available on the day, along with an exclusive offer of 20% off on both brands. DJ Josh Leenaars will be playing tunes all day and a Pastry Pop Up serving the classic Brewnuts will be among sweet treats available. Coffee cupping workshops will also feature on the day with master roaster Chris Bonney teaching those how to perfect their skills.
The O’Connell Street Merchants opened up in 2014 above Brewtown Newtown to offer locals an artisan shopping experience and have since launched Network Connection Records, a music label offering the best selection of new and used independent electronic music.
There is bound to be lots to keep you entertained for the day. The perfect way to spend your Saturday afternoon!
