Complete with sparkling Sydney Harbour views, House Made Hospitality group’s newest venture introduces St Tropez vibes, to Sydney’s most iconic locale. 

The masterminds behind the refurbishment of Hinchcliff House have done it again! After introducing us to Grana, Lana, Apollonia, and most recently Bar Mammoni, the team have set their sights on bringing a touch of  Riviera-inspired luxe to an all-new Circular Quay location. 

Slated to open Autumn 2023, Club Martinez will sail into the Quay Quarter Tower with an array of dining experiences including a sprawling terrace bar with Harbour views and a salon-style dining room and kitchen counter.

Behind the pass, House Made Hospitality’s Alex Wong (Lana) and Head Chef Andrea Sonnante (Sagra) have been busy designing a fresh and flavourful menu, demonstrating the best of Southern French fare.
