Our winemakers are curious by nature, experimenting with varietals and creating a wealth of knowledge to be shared from generation to generation. Chant du Vin, translating to ‘The Song Of Wine’, invites wine lovers to gather as premium winemakers share their secrets at an all exclusive event.
Chant du Vin will be visiting Wine Country’s across NSW including Hunter Valley, Griffith and Canberra from April 29 to May 16. Wine enthusiasts will gather at vineyards including Brokenwood Wines in Pokolbin, Ross Hill Wines in Orange and De Bortoli Wines in Griffith. Home to Australia’s most renowned winemakers, you’ll be wining and dining with the industries leading figures and tasting a selection of their personal flavourites.
For a full sensory experience, there will be live music performances by the countries most iconic acoustic musicians. Event organises Mark Spillane and Andrew Roper have handpicked (just as wine is) SarahMcleod (The Super Jesus), Kav Temperley (Eskimo Joe), Jack Jones (Southern Sons) and Mahalia Barnes (The Soulmates) to feast guests ears. You’ll be serenaded by goosebump worthy vocals with a wine in hand and a backdrop of the picturesque vineyards.
Chant du Vin also features the famous Aviary luxury double deck bus, serving up a range of premium wines personally selected by the winemakers. VIP ticket holders will be treated to additional experiences including personal time with the artists and winemakers, rare and exclusive sampling opportunities, as well as access to the top deck of the Aviary to view the performances.
