Melbourne’s Belles Hot Chicken is coming to Sydney!
After the success of Belles Pop up at Icebergs, Belles is heading to Harpoon Harry in Surry Hills for another round of tasty fried chicken. Serving up their celebrated Nashville-style, cayenne-crusted wings this is the perfect excuse to venture out in the cold.
Chef Morgan Mc Glone’s has fused his love for natural wine and Nashville Hot Chicken into a bucket of fried goodness. Expect a hotness range of “Southern” (deep fried in a mixture of whisked cottonseed oil, butter, cayenne pepper and paprika) to chilli-coated “Hot” accompanied by Belle’s specialty sauces. Accompany your spicy chicken with some fruity natural wines.
To celebrate the long weekend some of Sydney’s best vinyl DJ’s will also be playing a mix of hip hop, soul, blues and funk.
