Bartiga is bringing a taste of Bali to Double Bay with a special two-night guest chef takeover featuring the culinary talent behind acclaimed Bali restaurants Yuki and Meimei.
Head Chef Kadek of Yuki and Head Chef Yuda of Meimei, two of Bali’s most respected culinary figures, will take over the kitchen to present a collaborative menu created exclusively for the event.
Expect bold Southeast Asian flavours and refined technique that celebrate the shared approach to modern dining both restaurants are known for. The takeover reflects Bartiga’s commitment to cultural exchange and memorable dining experiences, perfectly aligned with the venue’s modern Australian menu that’s already defined by Southeast Asian influences.
