Are you looking for the perfect way to celebrate Easter Sunday in style? Look no further than Grain Bar, the Sydney spirits and cocktail bar at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

This Easter long weekend, Grain Bar is taking things up a notch with the perfect excuse to gather your friends and family for a delicious dining experience. Get ready for Grain Bar’s long brunch experience, happening for one-day-only on Sunday, April 4th, 2021.

So, what can you expect at Grain Bar’s classic brunch experience? Hosted by Chef Ricardo, indulge in their famous long brunch menu, featuring a range of delicacies from the Australian soil, water, and air.

This Bar Brunch experience includes seasonal dishes, including a variety of cold and hot items as well as a decadent dessert. Plus, you’ll even score a glass of Champagne on arrival followed by five finely crafted cocktails by their bartender, Adam.

On the share-style menu at Bar Brunch by Grain will be cold dishes such as Sydney Rock Oysters, Australian tiger prawns, Tasmanian smoked salmon, and Wagyu bresaola Tajima. There’s also a flavourful tapas selection of salt and Szechuan pepper squid, crispy polenta chips, and red wine-braised short ribs.

Enjoy a dessert of a chocolate cup with praline and raspberry mousse along with a fine selection of Australian cheeses to share.

As for drinks, expect classics such as Negroni and Gimlet and Tonic on the menu, along with signature mixes such as their Ford’s Spritz (including Ford’s Gin, Yuzushu, Citrus Cordial, Prosecco).

Bar Brunch by Grain is taking place on Sunday, April 4th from 12 pm to 3 pm, with limited spaces available. The full brunch is priced at $150 pp (available with just a glass of Champagne for $100 pp or the brunch-only for $80 pp). Bookings are essential. To secure your spot, call +61 2 9250 3118.
