Opening in Alexandria next month, Archie Brothers Electric Circus is getting ready to add some funhouse frivolity to Sydney’s bustling bar scene.
Located on Doody Street, just around the corner from The Grounds of Alexandria, this circus-themed bar will send our childlike senses into overdrive. From the team behind mini-golf bar Holey Moley in Newtown, this bar, eatery and gaming-hangout is is one for the big kids at heart (even though the young ones are also welcome).
Think arcade games, carousels and dodgem cars. No expense has been spared to make Archie Brothers Electric Circus as kid-friendly as possible. The retro bar even includes bowling alleys and a secretive Frenzy XD Theatre. For $25, arcade game lovers will be given unlimited access to its plethora of attractions for 2 hours. Of course you will be rewarded for your arcade achievements with a dazzlement of retro prizes for gaming greatness.
Speaking of being dazzled, Archie Brothers Electric Circus’ Dazzler Diner will be open to fuel your raging gaming appetite. Injected with sauce and pickles, the American Diner style menu includes a familiar selection of burgers, fries and hotdogs.
The younger ones in the crowd will no doubt enjoy the selection of OTT shakes, but for the adults there is a spiked surprise. Yes, Archie Brothers Electric Circus will be fusing its freak shakes with your favourite liquor.
