Swing by Darling Harbour Frozone and experience an epic pop-up ice skating rink.
Alright so the middle of spring might sound like the craziest time to open an ice rink in Sydney, but that’s exactly what’s happening at Darling Harbour’s Frozone. Running from Saturday, September 26th until Sunday, October 11th, this out-of-the-box pop-up event will be landing on the ICC forecourt.
Whilst we might not be seeing any actual snow around the streets of Sydney, a fun new pop-up event is bringing an iconic winter activity to the Sydney Harbour foreshore this spring.
Running for just 2 weeks this month, this pop-up ice skating rink gives Sydneysiders the chance to lace up and hit the ice for a spin. Rug up, grab your mates or that special someone and head to the forecourt of the ICC to experience Darling Harbour’s Frozone ice skating rink pop-up this spring.
The ice skating rink will be open daily from September 26th to October 11th, with 45-minute sessions setting you back just $22 per adult (and $18 for kids and $10 for toddlers). Worried you’re going to end up covered in bruises? Fear not! You can also rent penguin to lean on during your visit for an extra $8.
Although walk-ins are welcome, you can also book ahead and secure your spot online here. Darling Harbour’s Frozone will be running daily from 10am to 9pm (last session at 8pm). To find out more, click here.
