Swing by Darling Harbour Frozone for an epic winter wonderland this July.
Snow and Sydney aren’t two things you’d typically hear in the same sentence. For most of us, the mercury dipping below 15 degrees is enough reason to pull out the beanies and gloves. Whilst we might not be seeing any actual snow around the streets of Sydney, a fun new pop-up event is bringing an iconic winter activity to the Sydney Harbour foreshore this July.
Get ready for the Darling Harbour Frozone an epic pop-up ice skating rink that is finding its home on the ICC forecourt from Saturday, July 4th the Sunday, July 19th. This is your perfect chance to pretend you’ve escaped to the snow without leaving the heart of the CBD!
Running for just 2 weeks this month, this pop-up ice skating rink gives Sydneysiders the chance to lace up and hit the ice for a spin. Rug up, grab your mates or that special someone and head to the forecourt of the ICC to experience Darling Harbour’s Frozone ice skating rink pop-up this July.
The ice skating rink will be open daily from July 4th to 19th, with 45-minute sessions setting you back just $22 per adult (and $18 for kids and $10 for toddlers). Worried you’re going to end up covered in bruises? Fear not! You can also rent penguin to lean on during your visit for an extra $8.
Although walk-ins are welcome, you can also book ahead and secure your spot online here. Darling Harbour’s Frozone will be running daily from 10am to 9pm (last session at 8pm). To find out more, click here.
