St-Germain Spritz
Ingredients:
30ml St-Germain
60ml Martini prosecco
60ml Soda
Method:
Build St-Germain, Prosecco and soda in a wine glass and fill with ice.
Stir and garnish with a lemon peel perfuming the top of the cocktail with the lemon zest.
Garnish: Lemon peel & Edible flower

Ingredients:
30ml St-Germain
10ml Pomme Verte
20ml Fresh Apple juice
20ml Fresh cucumber
Top with Martini Prosecco
Method:
Build St-Germain, Pomme verte, apple juice and cucumber juice in a tall glass.
Add ice and top with Prosecco. Stir and garnish with an apple fan.

Champs De Lyse (cocktail)
Ingredients:
20ml St-Germain
10ml Noily Prat
15ml Celery Juice
Pinch of salt
Top with sparking wine
Method:
Build St-Germain, Noily Prat, Celery Juice and a pinch of salt in a tall glass.
Top with French sparkling wine and ice.

Garnish: Celery Stick dipped in Himalayan sea salt

Ingredients:
30ml St-Germain
20ml Lillet Rose
30ml Soda
Top with Martini Prosecco
Method:
Build St-Germain, Lillet Rose, soda and Prosecco in a wine glass. Add ice and stir.
