At the heart of the Young Hearts experience is the uncomplicated yet thoughtfully curated drinks menu. With Mismatch and Bodriggy beers on tap, a natural wine list co-curated by Angus Hean (Fin, Cré), and quality cocktails that champion a less-is-more philosophy, there’s a perfect sip for everyone.
Twice a year, talented local and interstate chefs will helm the kitchen for six-month residencies, allowing the menu to continuously evolve with diverse culinary styles, flavours, and cuisines. Kicking things off, the team behind Windsor’s beloved Freddy’s Pizza (Chapel St) will serve up inventive Italian-inspired bar snacks, deviating from their usual pizza offerings.
