On Sale Soon: Melbourne Cocktail Festival Returns This April

Bars, Drink, Melbourne / 8 March 2021

Sip your way through some of our city’s best bars at Melbourne Cocktail Festival.

If you’re looking to taste the best drinks from some of Melbourne’s top venues, this is the festival for you. Now in its second year, Melbourne Cocktail Festival is back for 2021 with an epic program of events kicking off this April.

The festival is the brainchild of a hospitality-focused community hub and co-working space Worksmith, and aims to deliver a delicious dose of drinks to Melbourne residents.

On a mission to revitalise Melbourne’s nightlife, Melbourne Cocktail Festival is helping venues to get bums on seats with a week-long Bar Safari event. Running from April 12th to 18th, Bar Safari invites locals to sign up online and unlock bespoke cocktails for 20+ top Melbourne bars.

Running for 7 days, the first 1000 people to register for the event will be shouted a FREE cocktail. But even if you miss out on a free drink, all Bar Safari ticket-holders will be able to score each venue’s $15 bespoke cocktail (served for this week only). And registration is free too!

The venues taking part in this event include Bar Margaux, Black Pearl, Bydri, Capitano, Eau De Vie, Gimlet, Nick & Nora’s, Saint Felix, The Everleigh, and stacks more.

But it’s not just a Bar Safari that’s happening at Melbourne Cocktail Festival. There’s a trio of top-notch events to book into through the week as well.

The Black Pearl will be hosting a wine-based tropical party on April 15th while Bydri will be offering a sneak-peek of the soon-to-open Sydney bar Re (Australia’s first permanent no-waste bar). Plus, enjoy a progressive cocktail event at Gilmet at Cavendish House too.
