‘Street Food Extravaganza’ will be the first of many delicious Vegan Nights at INDU Melbourne, and here’s your chance to score a double pass!
Vegan dining is having a moment but INDU has always been ahead of the game hosting ritual Vegan Nights at their restaurants in Sydney and Melbourne. For those who do not typically associate with a vegan diet, we can assure you this experience will transform the way you think about vegan dining, in the best way. The menus satisfy even the biggest of meat eaters with incredible seasonal produce and those Sri Lankan flavours INDU has become renowned for.
The team have just announced a Vegan Night program taking us through the next 12 months. From a Street Food Extravaganza this September to a Masterchef Takeover in September 2024, you can map out your vegan feasting accordingly. Plus, they’re giving you the chance to win tickets to the first session.
Vegan Night kicks off on Wednesday 13th September following the ‘Street Food Extravaganza’ theme where you’ll be taken to the bustling streets of Sri Lanka. Embark on a flavour journey through different regions and taste a variety of flavours and textures over 4-courses, designed to be shared from the middle of the table to emulate Sri Lankan village culture.
The menu features pumpkin masala roll with green beans, Lankan hot chilli sauce and mint chutney, crispy brussel sprouts with jaggery and tamarind dressing, Malay pineapple acharum, and the choice of two desserts including pandan jelly with sweet vermicelli, chia seeds and coconut ice cream or cardamom tres leches with jaggery anglaise and candied cashew. Delicious right?

INDU’s Vegan Nights are set to be the highlight of your dining calendar for the next year. For those who have not been to INDU in Melbourne, you’ll find the restaurant hidden in plain sight on Collins Street. The space is fitted with a mirrored doorway, luxe booth seating separated by linen curtains, and a private dining room upstairs.
