Sweet dreams may be made of cheese, but so are Sundays at Wilson & Market, Prahran. Aptly named Cheese Dreamz, it’s all you can eat cheese and bottomless tap wine, cider and craft beer on the terrace every Sunday this summer. Count us in.
Neighbours with Prahran Market, Wilson & Market makes for a perfect post-market pit stop. Maybe an extended pit stop once you settle in with  the delights Cheese Dreamz serves up.

Arriving at Cheese Dreamz you will feast your eyes on a platter of incredible cheeses featuring the likes of gruyere, triple creams, goat’s milk, and washed rind, plus token crisp bread and fruit too of course. I recommend starting by putting a taste of everything on your plate, before loading up on your favourites when you head back for seconds.

Bottomless booze means you could try everything, and Wilson & Market certainly has a wide range of wine, craft beer and cider on tap. For the summer months though, you can’t go past their collaboration with Shedshaker Brewing: the Gone Troppo Summer Ale. This is a nice, crisp ale with just the right amount of pineapple to give it a subtle fruity tartness. The taste of summer indeed. Finished with a wedge of barbequed pineapple, this small batch brew is summer in a glass.

Sometimes in the warmer weather, a nice cheese platter and an ice cold beer or wine is all you need. If you’re feeling like a something else though, try the ‘Prosciutto Primavera’ – a new wood-fired flat bread topped with fava bean puree, prosciutto and asparagus.
What better way to wind up the weekend than catching up with friends and eating fancy cheese to your heart’s content, with a nice summer drop to boot? We truly cannot think of one.
