Freyja’s Executive Chef, Jae Bang, renowned for his New Nordic Cuisine expertise, teams up with Hugo Souchet, the esteemed chef from the three Michelin-starred Les Prés d’Eugénie. They will present a six-course ‘4 Hands Dinner’, showcasing their combined Michelin Star experience.
The Chefs Behind the Magic
Jae Bang, Freyja’s Executive Chef, brings a wealth of global haute cuisine experience. His journey includes stints at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Arzak and New York’s Daniel. Hugo Souchet, from Versailles, adds his French finesse to the mix.
