Bloody Mary Recipe

Bottleneck’s Bloody Mary

45ml Ketel One vodka
120ml house tomato juice*
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Worchestershire sauce
5 dashes Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Method: Build in a tall glass or handled beer mug. Fill with ice and garnish with a celery stalk, lemon wedge and a pickle. Finish with a wee sprinkling of pepper.

* The ‘house tomato juice’ at Bottleneck is 2 parts tomato juice (shop bought is fine) to 1 part fresh celery juice and 1 part fresh carrot juice.
