Redfern locals, clear your plans tonight—the doors to The Norfolk are swinging open once again.

The beloved corner pub is officially back from 6pm tonight (Tuesday 23rd April), and they’re shouting 50% off all drinks to celebrate.

Once a go-to watering hole for the inner-city crowd, The Norfolk has returned with a bold new look, a menu packed with personality, and a mission to reestablish itself as the heart of the neighbourhood. With General Manager Marcella Guilfoyle and cult-fave chef Toby Wilson (Ricos Tacos) at the helm, this relaunch is shaping up to be one of Sydney’s most exciting pub comebacks.The Norfolk is bringing pub classics back to life—only better. Think Pork & Fennel Sausage Rolls sold by the inch, beef and VB party pies, a stacked Rissole Burger with beetroot and cheddar, and a Roast Chicken Roll with dipping gravy. There’s even a Lamington Ice Cream Sandwich collab from Good Ways Deli and Ciccone & Sons, aka two of Redfern’s most beloved local names.

On the drinks front, it’s all about local love: a rotating wine list with everything available by the glass, amaro-forward cocktails (yes, there are tap cocktails by the carafe), and a new Norfolk-exclusive dark lager made in partnership with the legends at Yulli’s Brews.
