A beachside café blending global café culture, quality coffee and local community

Cronulla’s café scene has a new reason to linger a little longer. Little’s, the freshly opened beachside café from co-founders Josh Heuston and James Prier, has arrived in the refurbished Cronulla Town Square, bringing with it an easygoing all-day offering rooted in quality, warmth and everyday hospitality.

Born from more than a year of searching for the right location, Little’s is designed as a physical extension of the founders’ shared love of travel, café culture and connection. It’s a space that feels instantly familiar yet thoughtfully elevated — the kind of place locals can drop into daily, whether for a pre-swim coffee, a long lunch or an afternoon drink soaked in salt air.

In the kitchen, Australian café staples are treated with care and intention, championing high-quality, organic and sustainable ingredients wherever possible. Think breakfast burritos, fluffy buttermilk pancakes, loaded bagels and a tightly edited list of lunch heroes, from smashed cheeseburgers to honey-fried chicken burgers and crisp chopped salads.

Design-wise, Little’s channels its beachside address while nodding to global inspiration. Think Tulum ease, Copacabana colour and subtle cues from surf culture and fashion. While currently open for breakfast and lunch, plans are already underway to extend into evening drinks and dinner, cementing Little’s as an all-day destination built around community, consistency, and quality.
