Otter Craft Distilling has officially opened its highly anticipated distillery bar, Bar 26.

Located in Lilyfield, this new, vibrant, speakeasy-inspired bar by OCD offers a unique experience for whiskey and cocktail enthusiasts, both local to the inner west and visiting.

Bar 26 is the brainchild of brother and sister duo, Eduard and Julie Otter, the founders of OCD (Otter Craft Distilling). The bar hosts all of the distillery’s award-winning spirits – including their single malt OCD whiskey, OCD vodkas, Mary St Gin & gin liqueurs, along with a specially selected choice of other spirits, wines, and beers.

With an intimate atmosphere and trendy décor, Bar 26 invites you to step back in time and enjoy the ambience of a classic speakeasy. The bar’s menu features a range of excellent cocktails, from timeless classics to something-news featuring OCD’s spirits on a list put together by renowned mixologist, Flynn McLennan.

In addition to its standout drink list, Bar 26 also has a range of drool-worthy bites to choose from. With dishes created to pair with OCD’s spirits, sustainability and traceability are also evident across the menu. Take your pick from a range of yummy pizzas and desserts, and standouts like their house-made brisket and salmon gravlax.

Bar 26 regularly hosts special events, such as their whisky and wagyu degustations and other specially-themed nights.
