MIJI Bar and Grill Specialises in Grilled Seafood and Fine Sake

Having recently opened in the heart of North Sydney, Miji Bar & Grill brings the energy of a Japanese Izakaya to life on your doorstep. Perched on a prime corner of Miller Street, Miji’s flashing neon lights and floor-to-ceiling windows invite diners inside, where Tokyo-inspired decor- complete with signage from Japan and a replica Shinjuku Arch set the scene.

Miji Food Assortment

As you enter, you pass their very own self-serve wine and cocktail bar. Featuring 24 wines, sakes, and mocktails, allowing you to get creative with the toppings and mixers of choice. The bar operates via a pre-paid membership card, with Responsible Service of Alcohol measures in place.

Specialising in grilled seafood and fine sake, Miji delivers more than just atmosphere. “In Japan, Izakayas are cosy spots where people gather for good food and drinks late into the night,” says Head Chef Jacob Lee. “With Miji, we wanted to honour that authentic experience on a bigger scale – welcoming everyone from office workers to families looking for an exciting dinner.”
