Tommy Pham Delta Rue, Four Ways To Feast
The Tommy Pham Delta Rue takeover brings the MasterChef favourite to Delta Rue and Wentworth Bar at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, starting Thursday, 29th October and running through November. His bold Vietnamese cooking meets Delta Rue’s Vietnamese French style across four events.
Tommy’s Seafood Social is a one night only seafood feast on Thursday, 29th October, with Vietnamese inspired cocktails.
Pham’s Long Lunch takes over every Saturday in November, with roaming dishes and 90 minutes of bottomless sparkling wine and selected cocktails.
Hanoi Sticks & Sips brings Vietnamese inspired charcoal grilling to the Wentworth Bar terrace from Thursday, 5th November, Wednesday to Sunday from 4pm to 7pm. Tommy fires up the grill himself on launch day.
Sit Down With Tommy Pham is an intimate evening on Thursday, 26th November, with a hands on experience followed by a curated menu of snacks, mains and dessert.
