Pham’s Long Lunch, Saturdays Sorted
Pham’s Long Lunch is a Saturday Vietnamese feast at Delta Rue in Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, running every Saturday in November. Dishes roam the table, from a bánh mì platter with pâté, truffle bơ mayo, pickled vegetables and charred mortadella skewers to betel leaf bánh xèo and bò tái chanh beef carpaccio.
