Tommy’s Seafood Social, One Night Of Vietnamese Seafood
Tommy’s Seafood Social is a one night only Vietnamese seafood feast at Delta Rue in Sofitel Sydney Wentworth on Thursday, 29th October. MasterChef favourite Tommy Pham kicks off his November takeover with kingfish sashimi inspired by Chả Cá Lã Vọng, black pepper crab bánh khọt, sa tế butter squid and lemongrass beer pipis with dầu cháo quẩy.
Bay bug and crab mì quảng noodles and a dầu cháo quẩy apple tarte tatin with fish sauce caramel round out the menu, alongside Vietnamese inspired cocktails. This is the first of four events in the [Tommy Pham Delta Rue takeover: add link to Post 1].
