AusFitness Expo returns to Sydney with the Deadly Dozen Fitness Race and Australia’s Strongest Man
The AusFitness Expo is back in Sydney this September, and the 2026 edition is shaping up to be the biggest yet. Running across three days at the International Convention Centre, the event sits alongside the AusFitness Industry Trade Show & Summit and brings together hundreds of athletes competing across a surprisingly broad range of disciplines, including Fitness Racing, CrossFit, Strongman, Powerlifting, ICN, Street Workout and Street Lifting. New to the lineup this year is the Deadly Dozen Fitness Race, a must-do for anyone who enjoys the challenge of a fitness race, or watching one, while bodybuilding legends and athletes are also set to appear for exclusive workouts and Q&As throughout the weekend.
Beyond the competition floor, over 150 top-tier brands will be set up across nutrition, supplements, apparel and training gear, most running expo-only deals and handing out samples, so it’s worth coming with a bag. Whether you’re there to compete, watch, or just wander and try new things, you’ll be surrounded by a high-energy crowd that lives and breathes fitness culture.
