Island Radio Redfern, modern Asian dining on in Redfern

Island Radio Redfern is a modern Asian dining room and noodle bar from House Made Hospitality, open at the corner of Baptist and Cleveland Streets. Drawing from the food cultures of Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, it is split into two experiences: the walk-in Noodle Bar for ramen and quick bites, and the Main Dining Room for longer, more considered shared meals.

The Noodle Bar is the entry point: walk-ins only, ramen bowls, quick bites, and great for an unfussy weeknight catch-up. Move through to the Main Dining Room and the pace shifts into something more considered, with a menu built around raw bar, whole fish, wagyu and share plates drawing from the food cultures of Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Wednesday Neighbourhood Nights offer locals 25% off the bill, Dim Sum Saturdays bring shared plates with 90 minutes of house drinks included, and the private event spaces across both rooms handle everything from casual group dinners to properly memorable nights.
