Sharing a kitchen with Bopp & Tone, Hester’s is a laid back cafe serving breakfast classics in the heart of Sydney. There’s plenty of room on the terrace, which seats up to 60.
Pastries are baked in house and served alongside Gabriel coffee. Breakfast burgers and wraps, salmon gravlax and baked eggs make the perfect hearty breakfast before work or during a morning meeting. Come lunch, the menu evolves to add caesar salads, pastas and a cheeseburger to the menu.
Named after Bopp’s wife, Hester completes the trifecta of Wynyard-based Applejack venues. Grab a morning coffee at June’s, stop at Hester’s for lunch, move over to Bopp and Tone for happy hour to finish off the day.

EAT: Hester's Baked Eggs with tomato sugo, eggplant, salsa verde and goat's cheese on toasted sourdough. At lunch, the Wagyu Cheeseburger with fries.
