Harper Rooftop Bar

Harper Rooftop Bar Sydney CBD — Poolside Views Return for Summer

Harper Rooftop Bar has reopened for the spring and summer season, bringing Sydney's largest open-air rooftop bar back to Level 7 of Kimpton Margot with a refreshed food and drink lineup. Luke Mangan has put together a tropical-leaning snack menu for the season, including hot honey-drizzled popcorn, Sydney Rock Oysters with pineapple mignonette, and Cajun prawns with chipotle and pineapple salsa, all built for grazing poolside as the skyline lights up around you.

On the drinks side, a dedicated daiquiri bar joins the rooftop's frozen offering, alongside frosé, boozy sorbet pops from Pops By Launch, and a list of sun-forward wines. Harper remains one of the few dog-friendly rooftops in the CBD, so four-legged guests are welcome alongside their owners for a laidback lap of the pool deck.

The weekly calendar has also had a refresh. Golden Hours runs Wednesday to Friday from 4pm to 6pm with $15 seasonal spritzes, sashimi plates from $15 and $40 buckets of Balter Cerveza. Saturdays bring Rosé All Saturday from midday, with $15 glasses of rosé, including Pink Flamingo and Mumm Sparkling Rosé, plus $15 frosé slushies, while Spritzy Sundays takes over from midday with $18 Four Pillars spritzes alongside Aperol, Sarti Rosa and Elderflower. Resident and guest DJs play Thursdays and Fridays from 5pm to 9pm and Sundays from 2pm to 6pm.
