Embrace winter at Zeta Bar

Drink, Events, Sydney / 9 July 2014

The closest I’ve ever come to Hawaiian cuisine is ordering pineapple on my pizza, so when we were invited to ‘A Taste of Hawaii’ at Zeta Bar in the Hilton Hotel, I jumped at the chance to broaden my island palate.

The sales and marketing team from Hilton Hawaii flew all the way from their tropical island home to inject some of their local culture into Sydney. They brought with them the Executive Chef of Hilton Waikiki Beach, James Aptakin, who was responsible for the food coma we endured after devouring a shameless amount of plates at the buffet.

A Taste of Hawaii was just one of many instalments Zeta Bar is hosting over the colder months. Next Friday 18th July they will be launching Apres Ski Friday. Zeta will be overhauled with ski-lodge shenanigans complete with roasted chestnuts, mulled wine and toasted marshmallows.
So ditch the bikinis and Hawaiian board shorts, put on your winter woollies, and make your way to Zeta Bar.
