Whiskey Tasting Masterclass in the Royal Botanic Gardens

Dancing in the moonlight? You will be after you’ve attended the latest Jack Daniels Single Barrel singular moments series.
Before Masterchef Winner and Three Blue Ducks Chef Andy Allen talks you through his pairings of artisanal food and whiskey, you’ll take an exclusive tour of the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens; bathed in the sapphire glow of an early winter evening.
Chef Andy Allen will serve up classic meals in the Palm House, made fresh through his own unique interpretation.  Dishes like Chicken Liver Parfait, along with a medley of Blue Cheese, Burnt Meringue and Spiced Pumpkin.

Finally, guests can participate in a lesson on cocktail mixology. Here, you’ll be trained in the art of making the perfect Old Fashioned, along with preparing your own signature bitters.
With two sessions per night, those interested can book the complimentary experience for either the 11th or 12th June, in 6.15-8.15 and 8.15-10.15 sittings.
