Negroni week is upon us, providing a rare opportunity to mix cocktails with philanthropy through purchasing a Negroni.
In 2013, Imbibe Magazine, in collaboration with Campari, launched Negroni Week to celebrate one of the world’s greatest cocktails and to raise money for charities. Thousands of bars and restaurants worldwide participate in Negroni Week and have raised over $5 million for charitable organizations since the initiative began. The city’s best bartenders put their signature spin on the Negroni every year, creating new takes on the crimson classic. Negroni week kicks off on the 16th of September and runs until the 22nd. There will be over 120 participating venues this year, from Sydney to Bangkok, New York and San Francisco. You can sip and contribute to a great cause all at the same time.
