Marrickville’s Fraser Park will transform into food-truck Wonderland with the launch of Street Food Circus happening from the 25th-27th of November. A plethora of cultural food favourites, craft beer and wine, DJs and live music will be treating you to this foodie celebration!
Big Papa’s Food Truck will be compensating for almost every culture’s street food! You will see the likes of the monstrous ‘Americano’ (Beef Burger with Pickle Mayo Sauce, Cheddar Cheese and Lettuce), and the ‘Korean’ (Beef Short Ribs with Cucumber Kim Chi on a Bao Gao Bun).
Italian Street Food experts, Fritto and Co., will fry up their legendary arancini. Think soft, stringy and cheesy on the inside, crunchy and crispy on the outside.
Let’s Do Yum Cha will be providing yum cha street food essentials with dim sims and duck pancakes. Whilst Saigon Summer will be setting up a Vietnamese BBQ, compensating for Marrickville’s authentic street food.
For those diet conscious foodies, Agape Organic will be serving their famous organic, handmade spelt pizzas, healthy nachos and other healthy desserts, including brownies (emphasis on healthy!)
Newbies on the foodie block, Torch Me Brulee and The Donut Dealer, are sure to be popular with traditional favourites. Established dairy free ice-cream celebrities, Over The Moo, are teaming up with Waffles and Dom, for a vegan’s dream waffle and ice cream combo!
Craft beers, spirits and fine wines will also be provided in plenty by favourites, Mountain Goat and Archie Rose, as well as many others.
Even though you can’t eat them, we know you’ll love the local DJ talent provided by vinyl record truck, Rolling Records! Yes, truly everything will be on wheels that weekend. Roll into Marrickville on 25th and 26th November from 4pm, and the 27th from 12pm.

Early Bird Tickets cost $15 and will end on 23rd October 2016. Regular Tickets ($20) can be purchased online until Thursday 24th November 2016. Purchasing tickets at the door is $25 a ticket, and availability depends on demand.
