Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park is giving high tea a cheese-focused makeover with the launch of High Cheese, created in partnership with world-renowned cheese expert Will Studd.
This isn’t your typical afternoon tea spread. The menu brings together savoury and sweet cheese creations, from whipped galotyri crostini and golden fried halloumi to a signature cheese course featuring Roquefort, Brillat Savarin, and Manchego. Sweet tooths aren’t left out either, with Basque cheesecake and baked camembert scones rounding out the experience.
High Cheese runs every Friday from 11am to 4pm at The Gallery, priced at $75 per person. Want to elevate the experience? Add an optional wine pairing for two for an extra $20. It’s a cheese lover’s dream that transforms the traditional high tea into something decidedly more indulgent. Find out more here.
