Mould x Pinot Palooza is back in Sydney after an 18-month hiatus
Mould x Pinot Palooza is back and this time it’s landing at a new home. The Hordern Pavilion, Moore Park hosts the beloved cheese and wine festival from June 12 to 14, bringing together 50-plus Australian artisan cheeses and 50-plus expressions of Pinot Noir poured by the winemakers themselves.
THE FORMAT: Think part cellar door, part fromagerie, part social gathering. The format is self-directed, so you move through the space, taste as you go and talk directly with the producers behind the product. Beyond tastings, bars pour wine, spirits and cocktails, while food producers round out the experience with ready-to-eat bites and grazing essentials.
