Hot Cross Bun Burger Challenge

If you´ve overdosed on chocolate and crave something savoury, get your hands on a hot cross bun burger. The Bizarre Hot Cross Bun Burger Challenge stretches across some of Sydney´s best pubs and restaurants, the task to create the best and most original burger, using Easter as inspiration. The Dolphin Hotel presents the Hot Cross Burn, an Angus beef patty and habanero sauce while the The Commodore dishes up the Hot Cross Bunny, made of beer braised rabbit, Portobello mushroom and creole mustard. The pubs in the running include the aforementioned, as well as The Carrington, Santa Barbara, The Abercrombie, The Norfolk and The Forresters, see the Forrie´s Easter Burger above.
