Italian aperitivo culture is rolling into Sydney’s Northern Beaches with Disaronno’s “Bar on Wheels,” a mobile cocktail experience bringing tableside service to some of the coast’s favourite dining spots.
The concept is simple but brilliant: bartenders arrive at your table with a roaming bar cart, preparing classic Disaronno cocktails right in front of you. Think perfectly crafted Amaretto Sours designed to complement aperitivo-style bites and beachside dining vibes.
The tour kicked off at Pilu at Freshwater before making its way through the Northern Beaches. Catch the Bar on Wheels at Cibaria until 6th April, In Situ from 6th to 13th April, and wrapping up at Felons Brewing Co. from 13th April.
It’s a fresh take on the classic Italian aperitivo hour, with that beachside Sydney twist we love.
