Vista'Mare Barangaroo brings all-day dining to Crown Sydney from morning espressos to sunset negronis
Vista'Mare Barangaroo is an all-day Italian waterfront bar and dining destination at Crown Sydney. Inspired by the great coastal bars of Italy, it runs from morning espresso and breakfast through to aperitivo, coastal dining and late-night Negronis overlooking Sydney Harbour.
Breakfast runs from 7am -11.30am, with fluffy pancakes, smashed avo, and a spanner crab omelette with salmon roe, Calabrian chilli, sundried tomato, and shallots. They have a set menu for $39 which includes a coffee or tea, a juice, a choice of pastry or toasted sourdough and a choice of main dish. Save this for the next time you need a good spot for a client breakfast meeting.
The all-day menu runs from 11.45am-10pm and has everything from freshly shucked oysters and snacks to small plates of yellowfin tuna crudo and chicken liver parfait. Large plates include pasta, fish, and beef sirloin. You can also grab an elevated sandwich, salad, soup or cut straight to dessert.
Bar Manager Andrea De Lucia, born and raised in Rome, has built a cocktail program around Italy's diverse regional identities, with signature Negronis as the centrepiece. The collection travels from north to south, one glass at a time, reimagining the classic through the flavours and traditions of different Italian regions.
