Sydney’s favourite South-East Asian restaurant is bringing back the ultimate hangover-fixing menu.
After a big night out, we all have our own remedy to repair the damage. It could be crawling under the covers and hoping your incoming UberEats order will solve it all. Perhaps you opt for a green juice and day in the sun to wash away the toxins. Or maybe the classic bacon-and-egg roll is how you mop up from the night before.
If you’re searching for something to soothe your sore head (and nourish your stomach), look no further than this next new menu. Sydneysiders, flock to Surry Hill’s Chin Chin from Saturday, January 25th 2020 for a decadent lunch of Yum-Cha goodness. Yep, that’s right. You’ll be able to dive into a hangover-friendly feast all weekend at this iconic South-East Asian inspired restaurant.
The Yum-Cha offering will be available every Saturday and Sunday, hosted in Chin Chin Sydney’s dining room. Keep the party going and embrace the hair of the dog with a curated menu crafted to celebrate the best of South-East Asian cuisine. For just $39.50 per person, diners will be treated to a banquet of crowd-pleasing favourites, all infused the flavours of South-East Asian cooking. Think steamed mud crab dumplings, crispy prawn spring rolls and even fried squid with nahm jim to soothe unsettled stomachs.
And that’s just where the fun begins. Chin Chin will also be putting on a party of sorts for diners, with disco tunes mixed by a weekly rotation of DJ’s designed to keep spirits high all day long. Because who wants to let a hangover ruin the rest of the weekend?
Plus, once you’re feeling back on top form you can even wash it all down with a well-made drink mixed by the experts at Chin Chin’s Gogo Bar.
Chin Chin Sydney’s Yum-Cha Weekends menu will be available every Saturday and Sunday for lunch from January 25th 2020, running every weekend throughout February. Bookings are recommended, click here to secure your spot.
