The Heritage Room brings Tuscan wine bar culture to the CBD.
An intimate Italian wine bar is now open at 25 Martin Place from the team behind Sydney favourite Rovollo. The Heritage Room is inspired by traditional Tuscan enotecas, and this 35 seat venue will pour regional Italian wines alongside Josper grilled dishes, handmade pasta and relaxed all day dining, just steps from its sister restaurant.
We bet the Heritage Room will become one of those places you'll stop by for a quick glass of wine and end up staying all evening. Designed as an extension of Rovollo with its own distinct identity, the venue combines old world Italian hospitality with a carefully curated cellar featuring more than 150 bottles, including Barolo, Brunello di Montalcino and Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
Alongside rotating artisan cheeses and cured meats, the menu celebrates Tuscan cooking with fire driven dishes from the Josper grill, while a dedicated private dining room makes it just as suited to long lunches and celebrations as it is to an impromptu after work drink.
