Led by Chef Alessandro Pavoni and Executive Chef Giuseppe Fuzio, a'Mare Barangaroo brings three distinct Italian experiences under one roof, the refined dining room downstairs, the casual Pizza'Mare pizzeria upstairs on the mezzanine level, and the aperitivo-led a’Mare bar.

The a'Mare dining room is warm and intimate, with soft lighting, plush seating and a kitchen that brings tableside theatre to the service. The menu is a love letter to Italy's coastal regions, with handmade pasta, vibrant seafood and seasonal dishes made with fresh Australian produce through an Italian lens.

The wine cellar is a serious piece of work: 600-plus labels spanning Italy's most iconic regions alongside standout Australian varietals, recognised with the Best New Wine List at the 2021 Wine List of the Year Awards and consistently awarded Three Goblets in Australia. The bar is home to one of only a handful of Campari Seltz Machines in the world alongside Andrea's bespoke cocktail list, featuring over nine Spritzes, and a cicchetti menu of Venetian-style small bites.
