Introducing Chuck Trailer’s, the new dive bar experience set to shake up Bondi Beach in December. No longer do the locals need to flock to the city for Frankies, The Barrie or Shady Pines Saloon. They can get their deep-fried food, hard liquor and loud music fix in the heart of the Eastern Suburbs.
Dynamic Duo Ben Campbell and Brendan Darcy are behind the concept. 10 years of friendship blossomed into a passion for hospitality. With that, the two opened their first venue, Neighbourhood Bondi, back in 2019 and they’re ready to bring something new to the town.
Chuck Trailer’s is located within the old Bloody Marys venue boasting a sun-drenched space with ocean views. You can jump straight off the beach for an expertly poured schooner, generous servings of bourbon and succulent fried chicken with a side of banter. The place is blasting tunes from the 2000s bringing a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
The menu pays homage to American dive bar staples. Think Buffalo Wings with your choice of sauce, Double Smash Beef Burger, Jalapeno Poppers and Trailer Trash Fries. The bar stocks a diverse range of American bourbons to match, as well as American whiskey, cocktails, local craft beers and wine. Top shelf bourbon will be delivered on a remote-control pickup truck (nothing out of the ordinary for these two).
Chuck Trailer’s will open Monday – Saturday from 12pm – 12am and Sunday from 12pm – 10pm.
