Eat good and do good are the two mantras spoken at Sydney-based social enterprise, Two Good Co, and the team are delivering on their promise for the latest instalment of their LOAM x Two Good Chef Dinner Series. Teaming up with award-winning chef and cookbook superstar Danielle Alvarez, the dinner will feature an exclusive menu curated by Danielle, with paired wines included.  The LOAM x Two Good Chef Dinner Series celebrates the release of Two Good's new cookbook 'Change the Course'. Hosted inside the Ace Hotel, this series will feature collaborations between some of Australia's most acclaimed chefs, inspired by the cookbook's theme, 'do more with less', showcasing creative and resourceful approaches to cooking and eating. As the third chef introduced in the series, Danielle brings a wealth of experience to the plate. Not only is she the culinary director of the Yallamundi Rooms in the Sydney Opera House, and once founding chef of Sydney restaurant Fred’s, she’s also authored two best-selling cookbooks: Always Add Lemon and Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking. The collaborative menu in partnership with the Loam team, features an array of seasonal and sustainably-focused dishes. Highlights include anchovy zeppole with lemon and chilli, fish crudo with blood orange and new season olive oil, saffron lasagnette with spiced pork and fennel ragu, radicchio salad with meyer lemon and parmiggiano and chocolate tiramisu to finish. Danielle’s lasagnette and salad will also remain on the menu at LOAM throughout July, with $2 from each dish sold being donated to Two Good. “I wanted to write a menu that felt comforting and delicious, but also communal. I’m so proud to be supporting this incredible organisation by doing what I love, which is feeding people,” says Danielle. Tickets to the one-night event with Danielle Alvarez are priced at $110 per person, including a delicious multi-course menu, alongside wines by Balmy Nights, and a donation to Two Good.
