Sealevel Cronulla – Ocean Views and Modern Australian Flavour

Perched over Cronulla beach with panoramic ocean views from every table, Sealevel has been a fixture of the Sutherland Shire dining scene since the Allouche family first opened its doors in 1997. The restaurant's circular layout was built specifically to make the most of its coastal outlook, with three connected dining spaces flowing around the view rather than competing with it.

Head Chef Nathan Allouche leads a modern Australian menu with French and Italian influences, built around a strong seafood focus and produce that follows the seasons. The kitchen refreshes the menu every fortnight, so regulars can expect something new with each visit rather than a static line-up.

Sealevel caters well to bigger occasions too, with a midweek set menu running Monday to Thursday lunch and Sunday to Thursday dinner, plus a dedicated weekend set menu for groups of ten or more. It's a solid pick for everything from a long lunch to a milestone celebration by the water.
