A major new hospitality destination is coming to Surry Hills this October, with House of Bungalow set to open inside the heritage-listed Schweppes Building on Foveaux Street. From the team behind Bungalow Collective, the $2 million-plus precinct will bring together three distinct venues under one roof: an all-day café, a modern Spanish-inspired restaurant and a late-night basement cocktail lounge, creating a seamless day-to-night destination.
Award-winning chef Gianni Moretto will lead the restaurant, with more details on the menu, drinks program and entertainment to be revealed ahead of the official opening. Blending heritage architecture with contemporary design, House of Bungalow is shaping up to be one of Sydney's most anticipated hospitality openings of 2026.
