StickyBeak Two-Day Festival Launches To celebrate Sydney’s Happening Hospitality Scene

Sydney / 12 April 2022

Australia’s most highly awarded distillery, Archie Rose joins forces with renowned writer Mike Bennie to throw a two-day festival in honour of Sydney’s buzzing social landscape.

If you love the sound of a celebration of Sydney’s finest food, tastiest booze, and best live music, you’re in luck. StickyBeak – a party to end all parties – is being thrown to pay homage to the crème de la crème of Sydney’s hospo, and revellers can expect a delight for all the senses.

Located at Hyde Park barracks – a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site in the heart of historic Sydney – the festival will take place on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th April and will offer everyone involved the chance to eat, drink, and party like never before.

With a carefully curated lineup that features everything from cocktail bars from Archie Rose, to a P&V baller wine bar with local wineries and producers including Sparrow & Vine, Wildflower, and Frankly Bob Made this Wine, merrymakers will also get to sample dishes from Bloodwood, Fabbrica Pasta Shop, FIREPOP, Gelato Messina, LP’s Quality Meats, SUNDAY Potts Point, Vannella Cheese and Yulli’s.

Archie Rose’s Events and Partnerships Manager Nina Schultz says of the event:

“Sharing knowledge and appreciation of spirits and hospitality has always been important to Archie Rose,” says Schultz, “but StickyBeak is the first time we are hosting an event of this scale.”

“We’re pumped to be collaborating with Mike, whose knowledge and passion for Sydney’s hospo scene is second to none, and together bringing to life an experience which celebrates all that’s great about Sydney’s vibrant food and drinks industry.”

And with a vibrant line-up of DJs featuring Wax’o Paradiso and Sydney favourites Simon Caldwell, Honey Point, Bria, Ariane and Charlie Chux sound-tracking the event in the iconic Hyde Park Barracks courtyard, it’s a festival that simply shouldn’t be missed!

StickyBeak Festival takes place at Hyde Park Barracks on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th  April, from 5pm – 10pm. Find out more and book here.
