This extraordinary event will commence on the 13th of April and Saturdays thereafter from 12pm to 3pm at the hotel’s stunning restaurant, Jana. For just $75pp you will enjoy an exquisite blend of sweet and savoury bites and beverage delights crafted by hatted Executive Chef, Shayne Mansfield and Dessert King, Reece Hignell. The pair will welcome you with a tiered tray bustling with savoury snacks featuring melt-in-your-mouth duck leg croquettes and mini Merguez sausage pies.
We were pleasantly surprised with the duo’s take on ‘tea’, with the innovative “Ketel Iced Tea Cocktail” featuring the local Tea Collective’s berry tea and Ketel One vodka, bursting with fruity flavour. Don’t worry, tea totalers, there’s an alcohol-free version, or you can sip on the delicious QT signature breakfast blend, also made by Newcastle’s very own Tea Collective.
The pleasure doesn’t end there. When you’ve finished with their savoury selection, prepare for a trolley laden with decadent desserts including Urban hum honey cake and the heavenly Victoria sponge. They are also offering a QTea vegan menu.
